Shipping costs

The cost of each shipment will be calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase for approval provided by the customer before confirming the payment and will mainly depend on destination:

  • Spain (excluding Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal: free
  • Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla: 12€
  • Europe: 25€

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Important note: Please be aware that Micuir does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.

Delivery period

Orders are prepared every working day at the following times:

• From Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 pm

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day.

Shipments are made by express mail.

Delivery times are:
• Spain – Between 24-72 working hours.

• Worldwide – Between 3 to 5 working days.

CHANGES

You can change the size and model of the product purchased as long as there is stock available. The deadline for any change is 15 days since you receive the email confirming your purchase. To make a product change you should:

  1. Send us an email at eshop@micuir.com with the order number and the change you wish to make.
  2. Or come to our Showroom in Madrid,

    • Monday to Friday from 11 to 2 and from 5 to 8 and Saturdays form 11 to 3.

    The product you wish to change should be returned in its original packaging (inlcuding box and cotton bag). The product must not be used. Indicate the sender name, the order number and the address in a visible area of your parcel which must be send to:

    *We suggest you that the cheapest and most economic way to send us the product you wish to change is to go to a “Correos” postoffice if you are sending it from Spain.

  3. Once we receive the product that you wish to change in our Showroom, we will send you an email confirming the reception of your parcel and we will send you the new product at the address that you indicate us without any additional charges if it is in the Spanish Peninsula or Portugal.

*For internationals deliveries, the customer must face the delivery costs.

NB: Please bare in mind that until we receive the product you send to our showroom it is under your responsibility.

*If you wish to make a change for a different product with a different price, we will either charge you or refund you the difference in price.

SALES RETURNS

To make sales returns , you should follow the next instructions:

Please send us and email at eshop@micuir.com indicating the reason for the sale return and the order number that you will find in the order confirmation email. The deadline for any sales return is 15 days from the reception of the email that confirms your purchase.

  1. Send us the product that you want to return to our Showroom. The product should be returned in its original packaging (box and cotton bag included). The product must not be used. Indicate the sender name, the address and the order number in a visible area of your parcel and send it to:

  2. You can also make the sales return directly in our Showroom
    Openend from:
    Monday to Friday from 10 to 2 and from 5 to 8.
  3. We suggest you that if you are sending it from Spain, the cheapest and most economic way to send us the product you wish to change is to go to a “Correos” postoffice.
  4. Once we have checked the product you wish to return (the products must be in perfect conditions and unused) you will receive a confirmation email, indicating the amount of the refund minus the delivery costs.

Please bare in mind that it depends of your banking institution the time it takes to receive the refund in your account.

NB: Please bare in mind that until we receive the product you send to our showroom it is under your responsibility.

*Micuir reserves the right to refuse the sales returns communicated or sent out of the deadline fixed, or products that we don’t find in unused conditions.

Care

In Micuir we design and produce our shoes with love and care in order to make you feel comfortable and unique at all times. Therefore, we ask you to take care of our product each time you wear it. We remind you that our shoes and handbags have been manufactured with the highest quality standards.

For better conservation of your product we recommend the following precautions:

  • Suede and split leather: repellent spray to prevent stains. Do not cream the material in order to maintain its plush finish.
    Tip: you can use repellent spray powder.
  • Patent leather: use an impregnated cotton with milk or vinegar to remove stains, then use a cloth to dry and rub to polish the shoe.
    Tip: rubbing strongly will revive the original luster.
  • Leather: remove the dust with a dry cotton cloth and rub to shine. You can also give either colourless or skin tone cream.
    Tip: rub with a soft sponge with colourless natural cream.
  • Oiled leather: brush and apply special grease for this type of skin.
    Tip: you can also use horse fat or natural waxes.
