ONLINE EXCHANGES IN MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL
You can request your first size change for FREE FREE within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of your order.
If you wish to purchase another model or colour, you must request the return of the product using the MICUIR VOUCHER option and then make a new purchase using the MICUIR VOUCHER that you will have received by email.

Please have your purchase details (order number, e-mail address used to place the order and the date of purchase) ready.
If you wish, you can also make any exchange through our shop located at Calle Claudio Coello 90, Madrid 28006 and completely FREE of charge.
**The size change will be made as long as the product is available. If the product is not available for exchange, a refund will be made in the form of a MICUIR VOUCHER with an expiration date of one year.
ONLINE RETURNS ON THE PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL
You can request a refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

9.00 per package will be deducted for transport and handling costs if you request collection through our platform, or € 4.50 per package if the shipment is made directly by you.
RETURN OPTIONS
- RETURN and refund. The amount paid will be refunded, minus the transport/management costs (9,00 € or 4,50 €).
- MICUIR VOUCHER valid for one year. The full purchase price will be accrued (in this case NO transport/management costs will be deducted).
- Exchange/Return in PHYSICAL STORE. You can make an exchange or return in our store in Madrid for FREE (even if the purchase was made online). Address: Calle Claudio Coello 90, Madrid 28006.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ONLINE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD
For orders placed from CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLDSize exchanges ARE NOT FREE, so it will always be managed as a return and new purchase. The refund of the amount of your order will be made once the reception of the product in its original state has been confirmed.

IMPORTANT NOTES :
Please note that the return order must be requested by the customer.
Once we have received the package and verified that the product has arrived in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed with the refund (returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use).
You can also request a voucher for the FULL amount of the returned product, valid for 1 year (in this case NO transport/management costs will be deducted).
Outlet and Sample Sale products
The return or exchange of Outlet or Sample Sale products will not be accepted, either in physical or online purchase.

Whenever you wish, you can make your changes of size, model and/or color for FREE. FREE in our store located at Claudio Coello - 90, Madrid 28006.
IMPORTANT NOTE: On discounted items no refunds will be given and a voucher will be given with no expiration date.
