My name is Elena Peña and after working several years in the fashion industry I realized that the designs I liked hardly existed. Shoes and bags made by Spanish craftsmen, true masters, very natural designs that did not have the brand exposed on the outside".

That's why I decided to create exclusive designs of high quality and to hide the Logo inside my creations. Micuir is pure silent and affordable luxury.

UNIQUE DESIGNS AND THE BEST QUALITY

I think it's extraordinary when a young team decides to keep the traditions and arts of the past. It is precisely in this idea that the foundations of Micuir are laid.

Collection by collection I launch new designs, but I'm always faithful to three key concepts: "Maximum quality, exclusive design and attention to detail." In order to guarantee their exclusivity, I have been registering all my designs with the SPTO for some time.

A LONG AND QUALITY PROCESS

Each Micuir shoe goes through more than 44 hands of Spanish artisans, since the first last is made, because at Micuir we create unique lasts designed exclusively for the firm, until the heel is implanted, the shoe is polished and put in its Micuir box.

In the industry it is said that the creation of a shoe involves more people than the construction of an airplane, and we certainly believe that our designs are unique.

PREMIUM SKINS

As for the bags, each design is also unique and has a pattern designed exclusively for Micuir. Our bags are made from the most joyful, soft and flexible leathers on the market. The colours are created exclusively for Micuir, we do not use a colour card as each bag is hand dyed by dipping it in water bathtubs with the colour we create so that the leather and the cotton lining absorb the colour in a natural way. That's why our bags are unique and have that "old but new" look so characteristic of Micuir.

The shoes and bags are designed in the showroom in Madrid and the manufacturing process involves craftsmen from Alicante, the nerve centre of world leather craftsmanship.

ECO-FRIENDLY

This union is what has led the company to a manufacturing process that respects the environment and therefore Micuir is eco-friendly and bets on slow fashion because we use natural leather, recycled from the food sector and we are very aware of sustainable processes.

Our goal is to be transparent and that each client knows where the shoe or handbag he buys comes from, in short, that puts a face to the team behind each design.

Our firm is young but is characterized for being exclusive and for having unique designs of maximum quality made to slow fire in Spain, because with affection and passion is how things are done well in life.
