WARRANTY

Our manufacturing process is developed with the utmost attention to detail and quality, so we only sell items in perfect condition. If exceptionally you receive a damaged item, you can contact us at [email protected].

Our shoes and bags are guaranteed for 72 hours from the time of purchase, covering possible manufacturing defects. The Micuir warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use by the customer or normal effects caused by the passage of time and continued use of the product.

In order to make the guarantee effective, it is essential to present proof of purchase: order email, purchase receipt or invoice.

 GIFT CARD

Choose the amount you wish to give away between 25.00 euros and 250.00 euros. 

Micuir's gift card can be redeemed both online and in our store at C/ Claudio Coello 90 cp 28006 Madrid. 

In the online store, you must include the card number before finishing the purchase in the corresponding section.

All you have to do is enter the gift card coupon that was sent to you by email to redeem your gift card for payment of the product added to the shopping cart. The discount for the value of the gift card will be applied at the end of the order.

The gift card has an expiration period of 1 year from the time of purchase.
