Through the Web https://micuir.com/ (From now on, the Website provides visitors and users with information about the MICUIR brand, its products and offers the possibility for the user to acquire them through its online shop.

MICUIR is an eco-friendly firm, dedicated to the design and manufacture of handmade handbags and shoes in Spain, with skins of the highest quality.

This website contains elements and sections developed directly by MICUIR and other elements such as access to their profiles on different social networks (Facebook, Instagram and Vimeo) or third party platforms (for example Youtube) that despite being related to the brand, will be managed and developed by these third parties.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

By accessing and using the Website, it shall be understood that the user expressly accepts the content of each and every one of these Conditions in the version published at the time of access. It shall also be understood that the user also accepts the following conditions:

Likewise, the user undertakes not to use the Website or the services provided through it for purposes or effects that are illicit or harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or which in any way may damage, render useless or deteriorate the Website or its services or prevent normal enjoyment thereof by other users.

The user also undertakes to refrain from using the Web or the information obtained through them to send advertising, communications for direct sales purposes or any other commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a plurality of people regardless of their purpose, as well as to market or disseminate in any way such information.

MICUIR will be able to exercise the legal actions that correspond to it against those users who violate these Conditions.

The services offered on the Web will be available in the specific places specified in each case.

Access to the Website is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration. Notwithstanding the foregoing and on a voluntary basis, the user may opt (subject to acceptance of MICUIR's privacy policy and the applicable conditions indicated in each case) to register on the Website in order to make a purchase or request registration for the MICUIR newsletter service.

In the event that the data requested is not provided in each case or that the conditions and data protection policy applicable to the processing of the same are not accepted, MICUIR will not be able to offer the user confirmation of his/her registration as a registered user or as a user of the newsletter.

The user undertakes not to use false identities, or impersonate others in the use of the Web of any of the services offered therein.

WEB CONTENTS - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents of the Website, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of MICUIR or of third parties who have authorised their inclusion therein.

Likewise, all trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website are protected by law and their reproduction, imitation, use or insertion is prohibited without the due authorisation of MICUIR.

The user acknowledges that the unauthorised reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or transformation of the aforementioned elements may constitute an infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of MICUIR or of the owners thereof.

Therefore, the reproduction, transformation, public communication, distribution, making available to the public, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of the Web, as well as its design and form of presentation of the contents, is prohibited without the corresponding authorization of the owner of the rights or unless it is legally permitted or in accordance with the nature of the content itself.

The access to the Web does not suppose in any case, acquisition on the part of the users of property rights some on the contents that appear in the same one.

The user will not be able to use the contents offered in the Web, for different purposes to those stipulated in the present conditions, and in its case in the particular conditions that regulate the use of certain functionalities of the same one.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A) Liability for the use of the Website

The user is solely responsible for any infringements in which he/she may incur or for any damages that may be caused or caused by the use of the Web, and MICUIR is exonerated from any kind of liability that may arise from the actions of the user.

The user is solely responsible for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties against MICUIR based on the user's use of the Website. Where appropriate, the user shall bear any expenses, costs and compensation incurred by MICUIR as a result of such claims or legal actions.

B) Responsibility for the functioning of the Web

C) Liability for links

The present Web or/and the different actions that are developed in the same one, can incorporate links to other sites or pages, being these responsible for the contents in them lodged.

In addition, the existence of hyperlinks in third party web pages that allow access to this Web does not imply in any case the existence of commercial or mercantile relations with the owner of the web page where the hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance on the part of MICUIR of its contents or services.

MICUIR declines all responsibility with regard to the information that is outside the Web.

MICUIR accepts no responsibility for the correct functioning of such links, for the results obtained through said links, for the veracity and legality of the content or information that can be accessed as well as for any damage that may be suffered by virtue of the information found on the linked website.

D) Responsibility for forums and blogs

MICUIR will be able to offer users the possibility of introducing comments, to incorporate them in the corresponding sections, either in a forum or in a blog linked to the Web. The publication of comments and other content is subject to this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use these services.

On the other hand, the blogs that are not linked to MICUIR and the social networks that the user accesses, if any, will be regulated by the privacy policy that said blogs or social networks have implemented, and MICUIR will not be held responsible for the contents that may be hosted on them.

The person identified in each case as the one who has made the comments or included content, will be solely responsible for them, as well as ensuring that their inclusion in the Web complies with the laws that may apply in each case. The contents included do not reflect the opinion of MICUIR. MICUIR shall not be liable for any error, inaccuracy or irregularity that may be contained in the comments contained in the forum.

Likewise, MICUIR shall not be liable (unless to the extent required by law) for any damages that may be caused by the insertion of the contents.

The user supplying the content grants MICUIR the rights for its reproduction, use, distribution, public communication and any type of activity on them, whether in electronic, digital, paper or any other type of support. As soon as MICUIR has effective knowledge that it holds data such as those referred to above, it undertakes to act diligently to remove them or make access to them impossible.

INTERPRETATION, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be construed under Spanish law.

These Conditions are written in Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between the content of the Spanish version and any of the versions of these Conditions that may be translated, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Any clause or provision of this Legal Notice that is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be excluded from it and shall be deemed unenforceable to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and shall be replaced by another that most closely resembles the foregoing, but shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions, which shall be exempt from any clause or provision that is illegal, invalid or unenforceable and shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Likewise, MICUIR and the user, renouncing any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for any controversy that may arise.
