Turqueta, the first Micuir clothing collection
Dear #MicuirFamily:
Are you familiar with Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's quote, "Make your life a dream, and your dream a reality"? I think it perfectly encapsulates a beautiful way of life: pursuing your dreams with hard work and perseverance. It's the same philosophy I apply every day at Micuir. As you know, my dream has always been to transform ourselves into Micuir and dress you from head to toe.
Thanks to you (and your unwavering support), today I can tell you that one of those dreams has come true: we've launched the first Micuir clothing collection. I must confess that it's something I've dreamed of since I was a little girl, but it's always intimidated me. Now, thanks to the persistence of the #MicuirFamily and a trip to Menorca, it's finally a reality.
It all began in Turqueta, a hidden paradise nestled among pine trees and boasting one of the island's most spectacular beaches. Its name, pure inspiration, refers to a past event. And so, recalling that childhood dream, the first Micuir clothing collection was born. As you might have guessed, its name is Turqueta . It couldn't be anything else.
Garments 100% created in Spain
Following the Micuir philosophy, each garment in the collection has been exclusively made in Spain, specifically in a small Galician village. And, like all Micuir designs, they are handmade and designed exclusively by me.
In total there are six garments (five dresses and one jumpsuit) of which we have created few units in order to fulfill our Micuir commitment to exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Macareia, Galdana and Binibeca, handcrafted dresses made in Spain
It's time for introductions. Here are Macareia , Galdana , and Binibeca , the true stars of this story. As you may have guessed, they're named after some of Menorca's most beautiful coves, which, along with Turqueta, served as inspiration for the collection's design.
I have to confess I'm very proud of all my little ones . So much so that I decided to pose with them myself for the collection photos. What do you think of the result?
Binigaus, the long jumpsuit you won't want to take off
Last but not least, I wanted to add a jumpsuit to the collection. A piece completely different from the rest of Turqueta's designs.
Binigaus is designed to make you the star of the summer. Super comfortable, yet with that special touch that will turn heads. Handcrafted to withstand long summer days without sacrificing comfort, all while sporting a unique and exclusive design.
