Refund policy

Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Micuir!

These exchange, return and/or refund policies apply to all purchases made at micuir.com

The process must be carried out through our email: eshop@micuir.com


1. Exchange and Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.


2. General Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • It is essential to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, the refund will be issued as a gift card for the corresponding amount.


3. Items Excluded from Returns

Items from Sample Sale, Archive Sale and Outlet: returns will only be made via gift card for the purchase amount. 


4. Size or design exchanges

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: First exchange (size or design) is free.
  • European Union and rest of the world: First exchange (size or design) is free.

5. Returns Policy

In all cases, the customer has 15 calendar days to process the return and the handling costs will depend on the customer's choice:

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Mainland):

  • Gift card or first exchange (size or design): FREE.
  • Refund to original payment method:
    • At a "Drop-off point": €5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • "Home pick-up": €10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Return in Micuir physical store: Free.

EUROPEAN UNION:

  • Gift card or first exchange (size or design): FREE.
  • Refund to original payment method:
    • Handling and shipping costs are borne by the customer, and €15 will also be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Return in Micuir physical store: Free.

REST OF THE WORLD:

  • Gift card or first exchange (size or design): FREE.
  • Refund to original payment method:
    • Handling and shipping costs are borne by the customer, and €25 will also be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Return in Micuir physical store: Free.

6. Refunds

Once the return has been received:

  • We will send you an email confirming receipt of the item.
  • We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within a period that may vary depending on the banking institution.

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer.
