Through the website https://micuir.com/ ( hereinafter the Website), visitors and users are provided with information about the MICUIR brand and its products, and are offered the possibility for the user to purchase them through its online store.

MICUIR is an eco-friendly company, dedicated to the design and manufacture of handmade bags and shoes in Spain, using the best quality leathers.

This website contains elements and sections developed directly by MICUIR and other elements such as access to its profiles on different social networks (Facebook, Instagram and Vimeo) or third-party platforms (for example Youtube) which, despite being related to the brand, will be managed and developed by said third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between the content of the Spanish version and any translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Any clause or provision of this Legal Notice that is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable will be excluded from it and will be considered inapplicable to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and will be replaced by another that is as similar as possible to the previous one, but will not affect or prejudice the remaining provisions, which will remain outside the scope of any illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision and will instead remain in full force and effect.

Likewise, MICUIR and the user, waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for any controversy that may arise.
