MICUIR X FUNDACIÓN QUIERO TRABAJO

Our commitment at Micuir is to help whenever the opportunity arises. We are a solidarity firm composed exclusively by women, and our mission is to support those women who lack opportunities. That is why we have decided to collaborate and donate 44 pairs of Micuir designs to the Quiero Trabajo Foundation, an organization that works tirelessly to help thousands of vulnerable women find employment in Spain.
We share the same vision of empowering and assisting women, and this donation represents our contribution to help them feel dignified, useful and independent during their job interviews.
The Quiero Trabajo Foundation provides support through its individualized service, carried out by volunteers, which includes professional styling advice and human resources mentoring. Over the years, we have assisted more than 5,000 women. The profiles of the women who receive help are diverse: 40% are 45 years old or older, 32% are single mothers, 35% have been unemployed for more than a year and 27% have applied for more than 50 job offers, with 12% having applied for more than 100. 90% of the women who come to the Quiero Trabajo Foundation are at risk of social exclusion.
On International Women's Day, we want to encourage you to learn more about the Foundation and, if possible, support its cause. With every small contribution, we are sure that together we can make a big difference.
